Bill Toner is a proud native of Portland, Oregon.  His political views are in line with FDR but he has no political party affiliation.  He works as a DevOps Engineer by day, dabbles in music as a guitar player, loves MLB, college sports and writes as a hobby.  Blogging is his latest attempt at doing some steady writing.  It ends up being a pretty good fit because you can usually squeeze an opinion out of him.
